SET HER FREE by Shelly Cassivi

Shelly is a writer, yoga teacher, sound healer 

and general work in progress. 

She began in the theatre where she honed the skill of character development and storytelling. She was awarded the quarter final status for her short screenplay It Had to Be You in the 2024 Blue Cat Screenplay competition and the Palm Springs Women in Film & Television and Stage 32 Short Script Competition in 2023.

Set Her Free is Shelly’s first novel. Having spent the last couple of decades deeply immersed in the spiritual sphere, Shelly is uniquely qualified to tell this story. Though the events of the story may be on steroids they are all based on events and themes that she has encountered—Including her own guru experience.
